Quantity Discounts!
It's much cheaper per box to ship 2-3 cases of chips strapped together as one parcel. That's why we offer HUGE quantity discounts when you have more than one same-sized case of chips in your order! It doesn't matter which flavors you choose. It only matters that the cases are the same size. Cases will be the same size if they contain the same size bags and the same quantity of bags.
We cannot strap different sized cases together to ship as a parcel.
Where is my Quantity Discount?
In your cart, please look under the "Total Price" column on the right. This should reflect the actual price you're paying for the chips. The individual item price is the base price, and does not include any quantity discounts.
Delivery Date
Your order should be delivered within 1-6 "business" days depending on your distance from Virginia. Check this map for typical delivery times. Estimated arrival days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or the day the package ships. We do not ship Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air unless customer provides us with their own carrier account #. All packages going by Air are charged by dimensional weight and are very expensive to ship. Shipping Outside the Continental USA
Free shipping does not apply outside the Continental USA. USPS Standard Mail and Priority Mail to Alaska and HI are the only USPS shipping we offer. Standard mail is used for deliveries to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO). Priority mail is used for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, & the Virgin Islands. USPS shipping services are not expedited shipping services. Exact delivery time frames are unknown and inconsistent. USPS says it typically takes 3 to 6 days for delivery or longer. You must call us to place an order to Alaska, Hawaii, a PO box, or a Military Address (APO, FPO) so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote. Shipping to these destinations can be costly, so our website will not accept addresses to these locations automatically. We will charge you the actual cost for shipping your order to these locations.
International Shipping
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Orders shipped to International addresses must be placed by calling our toll free number 800-294-7783. Free shipping does not apply outside the continental USA. The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the preferred carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). Route 11 Potato Chips website will not accept international addresses.
Returns and Refunds
Please notify us of any errors in your order within ten days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. We do not generally accept returns except in cases of damaged product, a mistake in what we shipped out, or a quality issue. Please contact customer service with any issues or questions at 540-477-9664, and we will work diligently to resolve it with either a refund or a reshipment of product.
