If there's a chip with its own cult following, this is it. This cult includes the entire Route 11 chipping crew. We were the first chippers to ever make chips out of Yukon Gold potatoes. Our chipping competition tried to knock off what we were doing, but clearly with little understanding of what makes a Yukon Gold potato chip so delicious. It's the natural buttery flesh of the Yukon Gold potato, that make these chips go off the charts. ALL NATURAL. GLUTEN FREE.

The season for these chips is usually from August through November, depending on the local growing season. Believe us, we wish we could make them year round, too. But to make the very best chips, we limit our local sources for the amazing organic potatoes we use.
