Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from Virginia, Monday through Friday. Route 11 Potato Chips does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or certain holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt via FedEx or UPS, unless a later ship date is specified on the order.
FedEx or UPS
Using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground Service, your order should be delivered within 1-6 "business" days depending on your distance from Virginia. These carriers may not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please see the UPS Delivery Map below for typical delivery times using UPS Ground Service. Estimated arrival days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or the day the package ships. We do not ship Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air unless customer provides us with their own carrier account #. All packages going by Air are charged by dimensional weight and are very expensive to ship. Call us for more information.
UPS- Ups Ground Service (1-6 delivery days)
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Shipping charges are in addition to the product prices and are based on the total of the order - per delivery address. The basic rates listed below apply to street addresses in the continental U.S. only & cover delivery by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Neither FedEx nor UPS will deliver to post office boxes or military addresses.
United States Postal Service
USPS Standard Mail and Priority Mail to Alaska and HI are the only USPS shipping we offer. Standard mail is used for deliveries to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO). Priority mail is used for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, & the Virgin Islands. USPS shipping services are not expedited shipping services. Exact delivery time frames are unknown and inconsistent. USPS says it typically takes 3 to 6 days for delivery or longer. The chart above does not apply for Post Office Shipments. You must call us to place an order to Alaska, Hawaii, a PO box, or a Military Address (APO, FPO) so we can provide you with a custom shipping quote. Shipping to these destinations can be costly, so our website will not accept addresses to these locations automatically. We will charge you the actual cost for shipping your order to these locations.
International Shipping
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Orders shipped to International addresses must be placed by calling our toll free number 800-294-7783. The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the preferred carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). Route 11 Potato Chips website will not accept international addresses.
Returns and Refunds
Please notify us of any errors in your order within ten days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. We do not generally accept returns except in cases of damaged product, a mistake in what we shipped out, or a quality issue. Please contact customer service with any issues or questions at 540-477-9664, and we will work diligently to resolve it with either a refund or a reshipment of product.
